1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChatGo AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ChatGo AI is an AI-powered chatbot assistant that allows users to have conversations with artificial intelligence models. The App is developed by Connor O'Dea.

3. Subscriptions

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly handle your payment information.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they manage all billing and payment processing.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate, solicit, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying systems.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, or any security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these terms.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses generated by the App are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. The App is not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medicine, law, finance, or any other specialized field. You should independently verify any information provided by the App before relying on it. Use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of Connor O'Dea. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent. Content you create through conversations with the App remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connor O'Dea and ChatGo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connor O'Dea from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
